Missing quote mystery

Did he say it or not? Several discrimination cases may rest on wether the then Ford Motor Co boss, Jac Nasser, actually uttered an infamous comment quoted in several news stories. Nasser reportedly said during a videotaped address to leading executives in 2000: "I do not like the sea of white faces in the audience and Ford Motor Co must ensure that in the future the company reflects the broad spectrum of Ford's customers." A lawyer for Ford employee John Kovacs requested the video from the company as proof it discriminated against white males while pushing a policy of ethnic diversity. Kovacs is suing Nasser and Ford for racial and gender discrimination. After a thorough search, Ford says the tape doesn't exist and that Nasser in fact, never made the comments in question. Kovacs and others say they have seen the tape.

It seems a wierd turn around but a white male going to court over discrimination????? and these are the people who were in control and who the minoritories were getting at , now the tables have turned????????
