Stacy94PGT Registered User Join Date: Feb 2001 Location: The Hills of North Georgia,USA Posts: 7,859	Turkey:Ford Otosan posts $84 million profit Ford Otosan posts $84 million profit Global Auto Report Detroit News staff, wire and Bloomberg News reports ANKARA, Turkey � Ford Otomotiv Sanayi AS, Ford Motor Co.�s Turkish joint venture, reported second-quarter net income of $84 million as sales of commercial vans, trucks and buses in Turkey almost doubled. The company, known as Ford Otosan, didn�t give any figures for the year-earlier period, when profit was calculated under a different method. Sales of commercial vehicles jumped 82 percent to 105,080 units last quarter from a year ago, according to the Association of Automotive Industrialists. __________________ Stacy94PGT My first car was a 67 Mustang Coupe, 2nd one was a 67 Cougar XR-7, 3rd one was a 66 Mustang Coupe.
