DEARBORN — Ford Motor Co. will invest $73 million at a Kentucky plant to increase production of stamped-metal parts for trucks. The expansion, to be completed in 2006, will more than double parts production at the Louisville, Ky., factory, Ford said. The plant also makes trucks including F-250 and F-350 pickups, Ford said.
