'Anniversary Claret' paint for new special edition
In 2005 Land Rover’s flagship Range Rover marks 35 years since it made its debut at the 1970 London motor show. To celebrate, the famous off-road marque has created an exclusive limited edition version of its most expensive model.
Just 35 examples of the £85,000 V8 Supercharged 35th Anniversary Range Rover will be built and they go on sale this month, all finished in ‘Anniversary Claret’ metallic paint with matching red Windsor leather trim and sheepskin footwell rugs.
Based on the Vogue SE, the special edition features touch-screen sat-nav, a harman/kardon sound system, rear-mounted DVD player, parking sensors and a rear-view camera. The 35th Anniversary edition makes its debut this Sunday as it leads the South London and Surrey Land Rover Club London to Brighton Land Rover Run.
