cool 1986 TBI Modifications

I've recently purchased a complete TBI set up from an 86 T-Bird, and would like to put it on my 1934 Ford PickUp I'm currently building. The engine is a 1976 302, bored .030, headers, a 270 Comp Cam with matching valve springs. Does anybody have any ideas how this engine will run using the stock TBI & EEC-IV? Or, will the computer chip have to be altered due to the cam. Thanks
