Can anyone help? My heated seats are not working, and the Owner's Guide does not even mention the heated seats. Non of the fuses listed do either. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

After getting some guidance from an online source, and some research on my own, the 2002 did not come with heated seats and these were an aftermarket attachment (i did not buy the car new). The wires to the fuse used a jumper and I believe it was loose. The seats appear to be working now.
