Question 2002 Tbird fuel pump issue question?

I have a 2002 Thunderbird with 4200 miles. Obviously the car sits a lot.
Yesterday I charged the battery and went to fire it up. It started up and ran for a few second and died. I no longer hear the fuel pump run with the key on engine off. Fuel rail has no pressure. Checked the inertia switch and it was not tripped. Checked the relay and diode all fine. Pump fuse was blown 15amp. Changed the fuse and still no pump.
I checked the pcm relays and all are fine.

Is there a way to jumper the fuel pump or supply it with 12V direct to verify it?

Do you think I have a bad fuel pump? Maybe the fuel went bad?
I also noticed that the security system is all screwy.
When I press lock the doors lock. Press unlock and only the passenger door unlocks. I was thinking maybe the alarm is preventing the car from starting?

Thanks for any help.

Chris

Do you have any weird things going on with the windows rolling up and down or doors locking/unlocking while it's running. I have seen crossed wires in the drivers door where they come through the door under the dash causing strange things to happen electrically in the car with the alarm systems and the windows and mirrors the dash lights might check that
