# 6 on the coil isnt firing
On a 1992 super coupe super charged,I replaced the spark plug wires,because the check engine light was on and it threw o 217 code witch said #3 coil,that wire was bad, it ran good after many restarts,then it dropped a cylinder,it seems that the #6 is not sparking at the coil.
does anyone no if that would mean the coil is bad?

sounds like coil. have u tried to swap #6 with one of the other known good coils. see if the problem follows the coil. good luck!

it only has 1 coil with 6 terminals.

If no spark is coming out the spark plug wire, the coil is bad.
