looking for the eec relay cant seem to find it

car will run if i jump the fuel pump relay have changed it out for a new one and was told the eec relay is the next thing in line

update

i found the problem it was a black box bolted next to the fuel pump relay it has a white button on the top i pressed it and ill be damn it actualy worked all that trouble chasing down relays and all the time it was that little white button damn ford funny thing i bought a manuel and no where and i mean nowhere did they mention the damn box i hit up the mustang guys and they helped me out
