87 tbird can you figure this out

well heres my problem. i just changed my spark plugs.
1. I disconectted the battery,
2. then i unpluged some wireing harnesses.
3. I then took off my plug wires from all the plugs and from the distributor along with the coil plug.
4. then i took off my spark plugs and replaced them all with brand new plantium ones.
then i basicly did everything all over again but in reverse.
but when it came time to put the plugs on the distibutor i wired it backwards by accedent, i wired it clockwise. so i went to go start it up and it blew fie from my carb. so i wired it the other way(the right way) and it ran.
but it now runs really rough and idals really high. Its all computer controlled to i should point out.
I know for a fact that i have it wired properly and all good conections. i have no clue what is wrong.

You're certain none of the plug wires are crossed? Meaning they're all going to the correct spot on the engine, not just on the distributor?

im sorta thinking that i reset my computer and it sorta screwed up my fuel/air mixture. because at higher rpm it seems to smooth out.
