confused 91 T bird No Reverse-Help!

My daughters 91 Tbird had some aftermarket hoses from the transmission to the radiator when we got it and one came loose and wore a hole through it and all the fluid came out. I replaced the lines with factory lines, refilled the fluid to the correct mark and now the transmission will not go into reverse or neutral unless I turn the car off. The car runs good all forward gears, thanks in advance for any help.

Could you be more specific??? Does the shift lever not move like it's stuck or when shifting into reverse it will not move???
