95 Thunderbird Super Coupe help!

Hi, I purchased a super coupe a while back and i have 2 problems.
1. The temperature gauge seems like it is off track if it is just above the first line then that's normal temp and if its all the way down way past the first line then its cold

2. my boost gauge does not work

now the question is, is there anyway to replace/fix the gauges without replacing the cluster? or is there a way to buy a cluster and get it synchronized with the current mileage? any suggestions will help. thank you
