96 Tbird Problems
I'm brand new to this forum and not to into Ford mechanics only because of the fact that every Ford I've ever owned has turned out to be more of a headache than a relief.
I have a '96 3.8 Tbird with a blown torque converter and a hard engine knock. I believe the engine knock is either the product of a blown head gasket or from a problem within the head itself. If anyone has anything that can help me out it'd be much appreciated. All I need to know is what everyone thinks is wrong with it and how much it should run me to repair it.
