Thanks to both of you. Whereas I was able to find plenty of the used parts, and I wouldn't have an issue with using a used cruise control servo; I needed the cable assembly and would be buying an old cable that probably would be in the same shape as mine.
So, after exhausting all the speedo cable shops in town I took matters into my own hands.

I found some 1/16" wire rope at home depot that fits perfectly. I also found some 1/16" ferrules and I had to buy a swage tool all for under $30. Because the ferrules where barrel shape, I used my bench grinder and rounded off the corners and deburred them after I crimped them. The cable works great!
However; I see why the other cable broke. The cable will stretch and will have slack in it up by the throttle linkage and will need to be adjusted periodically. This never happend due in part that I didn't know to adjust this.

So at WOT the cable would keep bending at the end of the sheating and eventually fraid and broke.
Thanks again!
