My car isnt accelerating right, I think its the fuel pump but not sure

when I accelerate if I give it too much gas the rpms shoot up but car wont move faster, but if I barelly give it gas is slowly accelerates I can get upto like 50-60MPH and then its a real pain to get it to go any faster.

The car also vibrates alot I replaced all the spark plugs and for some reason one is getting wet? I have to take this one spark plug (very back on passenger side of engine) when I take it out its dripping wet, I stick a rag in the whole to dry any moisture out and put it back in and it helps a little but the car is still vibrating.

Any help is appreciated

I just replaced the fuel filter today it runs a little better but not fixing the main problem, when in park I give it alot of gas and it does nothing, it wants to die, I dont know whats wrong, I dont think its the fuel pump anymore cause I think its getting plenty of fuel

Take it to Auto Zone and they'll check if you hve any codes for free. While there, get some MAF cleaner and clean the MAF. When you say the engine RPMs go up and it won't move is more like a transmission problem. Check the fluid level to be sure it's okay.

What are the spark plugs dripping wet with ? Oil ? Fuel ? Coolant

You are going to have to do a balance test and a pulse width test on the injectors.
