Does anyone know how to tell OBD1 vs OBD 11 codes? and what a 1995 3.8 V6 non supercharged thunderbird is.

We checked under the hood where it should say OBDII if it is, but it doesnt say anything.
Ran a test and it spit out DTC 411, 412, and 211 {PIP].

Some say two digit codes are only OBD1 , others say 3 digit are OBDII
and one page I found just states OBD1 ford codes then has DTC list with numbers 1-300 all in one list.
