Hey, I have an opportunity to get my hands on a 1988 Thunderbird Turbo-Coupe. The body is good with minimal rust and no dents the only downside is that the guy can't get the motor running and the car is an hour and a half away so I would only go look at it if I was planning on buying it. How much would it cost me to get it running again assuming I had to rebuild the motor also is there anything I should lookout for?

It's a turbo coupe. Not worth your time. Under powered for the size of the car.
Could be out of gas or need a $3000.00 rebuild.

I agree with Chipset. You would be better off finding a V8 Thunderbird. Rebuilding one of those would be much easier.

But if you feel the urge, here is a newer one for sale at SCP and this one actually runs and drives good! :)
