Thumbs down knocking sound at high rpms!

does anyone know what would cause my car to knock at a high rpm in first gear when it does shift correctly?

Try some higher octane fuel. See if that helps.

I had one that did that at high RPM and on first start of the day. Turned out the rod bearings were toast.

eh mine does that to, but mine is a combination of Crap Gas low oct b/s and clogged up cats ( i really need to get that taken care of ) lol
