Need Help - Electonic Cluster Failure
I have a 1989 Ford Thunderbird that is having problems, and would greatly appreciate any input. Perhaps someone can make a low cost recommendation before I bring it to the dealer?
When starting the car, the electronic dash does not come on. The car does start at times, but not at other times. When it does start, there is no power to the electronic dash, except that the brake light is “on.” Also, during this condition, the directionals will not work, nor do the environmental controls (no fan, a/c, or heater).
I changed out the fuse (#13) in the fuse box, but that wasn’t it.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
