My 95 T-bird SC occasionally will not restart when it's hot.
The dash lights come on. The car makes one click and that's it.
The battery is new. The starter has been replaced.
After it has cooled off, it always starts.

Any thoughts?

Check the solenoid trigger wire connection. (The small wire going to the strter solenoid) Very common. There is a service kit available at the Ford Dealer to replace the connector. It is a TSB fix.

If you car starts fine when the engine is cool...it sounds like the crankshaft position sensor. I have a 96 T-Bird that had that very exact same problem. It turned out to be the sensor. It is about $25 for the part and 2-3 for installation.

That's if it cranks and will not start. Wombat95tbsc's problem is a no crank problem.
