oil presure problems....please help!!!

hey everyone, i'm new to the forum and i would just like to say hello to all you thunderbird lovers our there and now to my problem, i have a 91 t-bird H.O. 5.0L i just recently rebuilt the engine, i replaced the heads, main bearings, rod bearings, distrubutor cap and button, oil pump, and gaskets all around. After all this i put the enigne back in, i hooked up all the wires....or so i thought, there is one wire....i think that i just can't find, the oil sending unit has a little wire that caps over it, right next to that wire there is a female connector that is just sitting there, i'm pretty sure there has to be something that goes there, but i just can't find it to save the life of me and i think that is what my problem is, you see, when i put the eninge back in, ever since then i've had high oil presure....really high oil presure, like you know on the oil gage where the white mark is showing you that you have high oil presure, well mine stays there and even goes past it causing my check engine light to flicker, at first i thought it was the gage itself, so i replaced it, nothing, still doin' the same thing, then i got to lookin' around where the oil sending unit was and saw that wire and figured that had to be my problem, cause i've looked just about everywhere you could look for a wiring diagram and can't find one, it's really starting to get annoying, so my question is this, could someone with the same enigne please look and see if that female connector has something hoooked up to it and if so, where does it run to, cause i'm really at a loss here and i really don't want to have to pull my enigine out again just to look for one wire. thank for all your help and i look forward to talking to all of you about t-bird problems and mods
