rubber on rubber squeak/grind when i turn wheel

this started week or so ago but been to busy with other problem. First noticed it after i filled up on anti freeze. some splashed off the container btu i doubt that caused this.

recently had brakes done month or so ago, but the sound doesnt come when i break just when i turn wheel while driving or sometimes parked.

You could raise it on stands and listen underneath whie someone turns the steering wheel. Sometimes raising them will stop the noise when there's no load. While it's up, check for anything loose.
