Just yesterday i gave the car a complete tuneup(same plug wires), changed the motor mounts and fuel pump. Now when the car is in gear, the whole car kinda shakes. I looked over the whole car, and didnt find any vacuum leaks. what could it be? The trans mount? Thats the only thing i can think of.

OK. everything on my car is now new, plugs, wires, all mounts, trans filter, MAF, vacuum lines, fuel pump and filter. and it still shakes in gear at idle.............
Anyway.... I took off the IAC and cleaned it with a Q-tip the best i could (it was very dirty) and now everything is perfect.
Atleast now i have a bunch of new parts

Reason: spelling
Finnaly figured out why it idles low causing it to shake. I was at auto zone getting a kill switch(not so good neighbors) and asked them if they would hook my car to there computer. At first they wouldnt cause it had to be a 96 or newer car, they were dead so they humered me and did it. And said that the cat converter is clogged like my EGR valve was, causing it to not breath right.
My next day off im gonna take it off and try my best to clear it out with a skinny pipe or something so it can breath.
also bought a new IAC

Just an update, a few days ago my engine light came on while i was idling. I went to autozone and rented and OBDII and both o2 sensors came up. Replaced them and now it dosnt shake at all and runs perfect. No hard downshift or anything.
And alot more power
