If it doesn't fire, you're either missing spark or fuel, check to make sure you've got pressure at you're fuel rail, if you haven't got the gauge for measuring pressure, one will cost you about 40 bucks. Since you've all ready looked into the common items that would restrict you're fuel, verify you're getting spark. If the car has sat that long, you may have corrosion built up on the electrical connections, dry rotted insulation allowing shorts, etc.
And I correct myself on the fuel comments, fuel-AIR. Critters have been know to take residence in air boxes and restricting air to the throttle body.
