1989 3.8l Cougar LS won't start

Hey guys I need some help. I'm trying to get this car started for my son to use.

It's a 1989 cougar LS 3.8l. With 140,000 that has been parked for eight years.

I've replaced the battery,solenoid
Fuel pump
Cleaned out the gas tank - added 4 gallons of fresh fuel
Used a noid tester to check injector #4
I can hear the fuel pump working

The car will kick over with some starting fluid but won't keep running

I've pulling what's left of my hair out and my son is unhappy any ideas where I should be looking?

Did you flush the fuel lines out? Maybe fuel lines and rail still full of old fuel. Any signs of rust in the lines that could have plugged injectors?

I did not flush out the lines and I don't own a fp gauge. I'll get one and test it.

Not sure how long it ran on starting fluid but could still have bad gas in lines
