Which are the 2 terminals wire harness do I wire to get the engine code?

Where/which is the diagnostic connector and the self input connector at so I can pull the engine codes?
I know theres a harness underneath the passenger side dash board there, but how do I know which wires are which? like color codes to tell me or which ever?
