I have a 2002 Mercury Cougar v6 automatic that i'm having some trouble with. When I put the car in reverse, I have to rev it up to 1300 rpms for it to move. The car is throwing a code for the torque converter clutch solenoid. My question is, where is this solenoid located? All the other gears are perfect besides reverse. thanks

Is that inside or outside the tranny. That's mainly what I need to know.
