AC help needed - Ford Forums

Hi
The AC quit on me
I put the gauge on it not getting a reading
tried adding, it won't take any
Compressor won't kick in
checked fuses (all good)
Can not find a relay nor does it list one (is that possible?)

my questions
how can I test the compressor?
& why wouldn't it have a relay?

its a jumper wire on the low pressure switch

Jumping the low pressure switch may have fixed the symptom, but not the problem.

Either the switch is no good, or refrigerant pressure is low and you've overridden the system-safety aspect of the low pressure switch.
