Air filter & exhaust change

Hi i've got a 2.5 V6, UK model. i'm looking to change the backbox on the exhaust and put an air induction kit on.

Will i need to get the car retuned or will the MAF sensor automatically compensate for this?

Does anyone know a good company in the UK, Bedfordshire area that would be able to help with this?

Re: Air filter & exhaust change

The MAF adjusts the mixture by the flow of air through the intake. It should compensate for some changes in the system. I'm not into modifications so I can't say what all you'd change. Someone may still post here.
