yeah, there was a lot of changes as for the military bases locally, but Pearl Harbor, Hickam, Schofield, Kaneohe marine base has remained the same as far as military branch wise, Remember Barbers Point? gone! shut down, was given back to my people (Hawaiians) about 3 to 4 years ago! the Coast gaurd moved from Barbers Point, and are now located at Kaneohe Marine base with the Marines there!

No I haven't , I have to tell my parents about the changes that have taken place. I do want to go back out there and when I do. I'd like to visit Pearl Harbor, Kahana Valley, Diamond Head, Kalalau Lookout, and last but not least Waimea Bay.

My first car was a 67 Mustang Coupe, 2nd one was a 67 Cougar XR-7, 3rd one was a 66 Mustang Coupe. Why did I get rid of these cars for ? I know why, because I'm stupid, stupid, stupid.
I thought that I'd step in and say that I use to own a Cougar.
It was a 1970 model. It started life as a rental car in Illinois.
I bought it from a used car lot for a $1000. It had a 351W and 3sp. manual transmission. It was a very reliable car. On Thank's Giving Day 1978 I was involved in an accident in it. A friend of my Dad's said he could put it back as good as new, and he was right. I thought that as long as I was putting money in it why not do some modifying.
I pulled the 351W and installed an aluminum rodded 302 w/ 4bbl, header's, solid cam, 4.10 gear's. This killed the gas milage but it was a lot more fun to drive. I left the body alone. The 70 had very classic line's, and in 71 they ruined it, making it all the better.
