HELP! I AM SCREWED!

Looking for a clutch line ( goes from master cylinder to slave cylinder) on a 2001 mercury cougar ZN (v6). Dealer only part, and the dealer told me it is discontinued and there are none in the nation. Junk yards tell me they cut all lines and hoses.

HELP!

Re: HELP! I AM SCREWED!

Try NAPA. They should be able to make something that would work. Take the old one in with you.

Re: HELP! I AM SCREWED!

It should be pretty easy to make a line up. A brake place will be able to handle that pretty easily. It will just need a small peice of flexible line with the right fittings and the steel line can be bemt and the fittings put on.

As JWKO said just take the old line in and get one made up the same.

Your definately not screwed.
