Re: lowering a cougar

I do not know too much about the cougar suspension, but I was able to find this for a adjustable kit.

Ground Control - Coilover Conversion kit, 99-02 Mercury Cougar

Not too many adjustable kits out there for the 99 cougar, tons of lowering springs, even H&R racing makes lowering springs for the cougar, and they are a awesome company.

Might just want to make a compromise for springs, considering the low demand for adjustable.
