jetman34 Registered User Join Date: May 2012 Posts: 1	rev hang I have a 99 cougar 2.0 liter 4 cyl manual trans. that I am having rev hang issues with. It doesnt do it all the time but when i push the clutch in it will rev up to about 3k rpm and just stay there the only way to get it to idle normaly after it starts this is to switch the car off, and restart it, it only does this after ive been driving for 5-10 minutes or so. I took it to my mechanic and he got the codes P1131, and P0171B, and said it was running lean and that it could be a number of things. any ideas?.. Thanks
