Your about on the money rod c. Stock XR8's tend to get anywhere between 190 & 210rwkw (250 to 270 fly kw's). The power gain from the mods listed by Ditch should be good for around a 15 to 25 rwkw increase giving you around 215 to 225 rwkw total. This is an estimated 280 to 290 flywheel kw's.
In the end it doesn't mean much unless you have a before and after result from the same place on the same day at similar temperatures etc. etc..
Ditch, if it feels good then it most likely is. Power to weight in stock form your XR8 and a CV8 Monaro are about on par in terms of performance. If you have enhanced your machine I don't think youll have too much to worry about.
