Can anyone tell me when Motor Mag tested the GT and HSV clubsport why nearly every pic, has 1 or both cars smoking up their back tyres. If performance of a vehicle was tested on the amount of smoke you can generate off back tyres the GT would win hands down by the amount of smoke in their first pic.
If I loaned them a car for the article I would demand a new set of tyres.
I have'nt seen so much smoke since I went to a "Angels" concert.
I'm sure the pictures taken are probably on a private road, and if not, who's to say it's not.
Second most, that smoke looks like it's been an additive, looks like they're going pretty fast so I dont know how smoke would be there, but if not, I'm sure consent from the owner would have been given. Otherwise, they'd be in for a bit of trouble.
yeah I reckon Motor Mag has lost it somewhat. That PCOTY video last year was an absolute disgrace and mine never arrived... i rang them up to bitch and they sent me another. When it finally arrived on the same day as the first finally did I kept them both (for my $48 might I add for a stinkin video with nothing but some bloody music and little about each car). Not a huge fan of Motor anymore, but they have some good stuff sometimes. I'm a Wheels man all the way.
