I discovered last night that I have broken another driving light.....and they arent cheap. Ford should look at replacing the lens with something a bit more durable....2 every 6 months is going to send me broke.
As delloy boy said, that skin stuff.
Its called "Lite Skins", its great stuff, i had it on my driving lights on my old GSI Barina, and have had it on my XR6 since i bought it, i have it on the Indicators as well.
If you buy it make sure you get the universal kit.
It works, i know my light have copped a few hits, without damage.
if your in melbourne headlights plus will look after you. ford sell complete, you can remove your lens with a heat gun and anly replace that part. cheers

Yeah it is a bit pricey, but pays for itself in the long run.
Ive had the current lot on my lites for two years, the lot before that was 3.5.
the only reason i changed it was one of the sheets got a bit of dirt under it , and the new stuff was a slightly different, but highly noticable colour.
