Guys ive been asking my customers if they have had stalling problems and there has been half a dozen that have. I then proceeded to ask do they remember how many kms they had when it started. 99% of them said between 15 and 20,000 km, i was wondering if any of you have had the same problem and what was the K's?
On a bad note none of them have had the problem fixed by their respective dealer even after having numerous reflashes.
Mine's done 15,000klm and no problems so far
Cheers John

Is the stalling happening with the Auto or Manual.........or both.....or, is it the Auto more than the Manual...etc...

I dont know if this is what your talking about, but about 4 times now when i started the car since i got it, it shakes like hell and there is no throttle and that throttle fault light came up, I told the dealer at the 3k check up and they said they couldnt find anything and then it happened again on the weekend.
I hope they eventually find out what it is.
thanx
Tony.

I had stalling problems right after the Herrod exhaust went on. It was more like idling problems that eventually caused the car to stall. Did it about four times in the first few days of having the exhaust on, then after some driving (1500km) with a round trip to Port Macquarie, all was well and hasn't done again to date - that was 9 months ago.
Ok, The stalling im talking about is after it gets a little warm, if it does idle you notice that it is irregular, moving up then down a few hundred rpm. When constant driving and come up to lights for example the thing will stall. Mine started on friday after 16,500 km and because of dealing with customers with the same vehicles i al ways ask hows it going and as i said half a dozen have ahd this simular problem. most of them are stock including exhausts, so its nor related to aftermarket mods.
Stalling problem comes and goes. After a serivce it seems to be really good for the first 2,000km then for the next 2,000km it is bad, ie the car idles like a dog cold or hot, then for the next 11,000km it is fine again, really weird. I have had a replaced throttle body, reflashes and the only thing that I can put it down too is the Herrod V1 headers, but I learn to live with it, I have only had it actually stall 3 times, the rest of the time I have been able to save it with a bit of throttle in neutral, 48,000km on it still happens
