Just got back from the FPV day at QLD raceway. Wahooooooo.
Thanks guys from JBD and Donna the marketing guru from FPV for a great day.

For those of you have are yet to do this, it is the most fun you can have with your clothes on... (and you will learn a LOT about your car)

Pics to follow when I can get them out of the camera.

There were people from as far north as Bundaberg and far south as Tamworth.
Almost all were in their late 30s, 40s or early 50s and worked for themselves.
But really if you can afford a GT then you either:-
a) work for yourself
b) are far enough up the chain that you can get a day off as required
c) don't really need to work.

It was good to see all the different permutations of colour ans stripes in real life.
One thing that did impress me was the acid rush GTP with stripes. Prior to seeing it there I would have shitcanned anyone who wanted one based on seeing several XRs and XTs in that color.
But I was WRONG..... I looks GREAT

There wasn't a bad colour/stripe combo among any of the 21 cars and utes.

T'was a great day, thanks to FPV, Terry and the guys.

Only one thing could have made it better and that would have been to open up the 2 straights!

Will definitely be doing more performance courses in the future. These cars have the ability to make average drivers like me feel like Ambrose and co.
