I just logged on to Ford Performance Vehicles before I hopped on here and I went "What the f*&k" when I saw this new image on the front page The stripes - THEY HAVE STRIPES :s2: No more of this "It looks too much like an XR8" rubbish - THEY HAVE STRIPES. Now the front grill is meched out (ala T3) with "FPV" carved into it.
Jeez that acid rush GT looks so mean...heaps better than all the press pics.
Stands out a lot from the XR8 too, i think the decision FPV/Ford have made to base the GT road cars on the V8 supercars is a brilliant idea. After all, after seeing Ford win on race day people will be associating these cars with the race cars.

yeah the acid rush GT with black stripes looks best out of all of them. It really sets the colour off. Yeah I'd say the V8 Supercars get the stripes to get the old "race car road car" thing going.
