JUST KIDDING !!! The only time I would sell is when I upgrade to a series II.
This car is a MACHINE !!, and for the money I believe it beats all competitors hands down.
From past threads, I understand some peoples frustrations with certain problems they may have had but this happens with ALL makes and models.
Obviously all cars do not have the same problem.... so.... If I had one of these problem cars I would take it straight back to the dealership and demand it be fixed. I would not pick it up until the problem is fixed. If you get the run-around, there are other legal measures you can take to resolve the problem. I agree this will take up precious time in most instances but for the unlucky ones, life was not always meant to be easy.. (by the way I'm talking through experience).
If all else fails, SELL IT and be done with it !!!
Perhaps you can try a Mitsubishi....Though ask Nostradamas first just in case they are not around in the near future... I know !!!
There is no way I will be selling mine even if the series 2 is "Better". My favourite colour no longer exists (Blood Orange), the replacement colour is as far as I am concerned a bastardisation of it. My car is completely stock except for replaced metal valves and caps on the rims (riduclulous cost cutting there to put rubber valves on a high performance car).
I drive it every day and love it heaps cant get the smile off my face.

l agree with some of what you are saying.
The main gripe l have with my car is that there is a problem but Ford deem it normal. They wont fix it. Other cars have problems, thats obvious, but at least the manufacturer is willing to back the product and do whats needed to rectify the fault. Shunt has been a known issue with Ford since the AU days, its not something they werent aware of before release. They choose to release the car with an inherent fault and continue to deny its a problem.
If you have got a good car, as l am sure most buyers have, then l am happy for you. Shunt varies from non existant in some cars to very very bad as in may case, its luck of the draw and for 60 grand thats not good enough.
However I am one very happy camper with my beast..........just frustrated I can't get the little go fast bits bolted on quick enough.
Need to get some of these people developing go faster bits under the whip and moving their butts!..........
