Just went to the www.fpv.com.au website and saw the interiors for my first time. Well I dont really know what to say, but I'll be thinking about it for a long time thats for sure. It will be great to see them at the motorshow

If you get a chance.. I highly recommend having a gander at the leather/suede combo seats. My goodness they are good. And I mean good!

I am in love with the GTPs seats. They are the seats a performance car should have. I wish GT had them.

I ordered my GT with optioned leather and suede, cost a bit more but what the hell.

The GT / GTP are really shaping up as very very solid packages, the GTP especially IMO. You could do a lot worse than having a good long hard look at these chevypower! :s6:

As for the interiors, I think the appropriate phrase is "I've got MAHOGANY!!!"

Saw the car at the motor show yesterday.

The leather and suede interior is the ducks guts! The coloured stitching looks brilliant, and the comfort factor was spot on.

The whole FPV range easily outshone anything from the Holden/HSV stable, and judging by the repective crowd interest at the displays I'm not alone in that thinking.

Oh yes, been to the Brissie motor show and had a good ol sit in the GT!! Very comfy!! i am in love!!!!
If you compare the fpv range to the hsv stuff there is no comparison!! Everything is just... better!!

I was at the show wednesday and stayed until the end. After the GT-P stoped rotating I got to have a good look inside. MUCH better than the GT. Also it is a AUTO. The seats are great and the split climate control and command centre like the Ghia is a touch of class.
I am guessing that the GT is a Clubsport eater, The GT-P is a R8 eater so maybe there is a GTS eater lurking in the wings.
I later drove a XR8 demo and it was not too shabby either. Masses of torque, can easily pull from 40kmh in 4th better than my current VCT.
Anyway I am off to my friendly local Ford dude tomorrow to see if he will sell me one. (I sure he will try but $75k is a lot)
