Special present or not David, or that nice fuzzy feeling, I rather see the average Joe who wants any form of Ford Merchandise, limited and poorly marketed as it is, available!

Having purchased and driven some of the best cars made by Ford and FPV in the last 3 years, my biggest dissapointment in Ford AU is their lack of merchandise!

If its available, dont hide it, get it out there, GT owners have their cars, not available to all in the market, but ALL merchandise should be.

Personlise the merchandise, get it engraved for the GT owner to make it special!

My Thoughts anyhows!

Thanks,
The watch and the key ring were never intended to be 'merchandise'. They were and will be 'suprise and delight' gifts from FPV to its latest vehicle purchasers.
My team has the responsibility for the FPR and FPV merchandise range and I repeat, any (printable) suggestions will be considered.
Looking back will only give us stiff necks.
Looking forward, who knows what will stiffen?
Have fun!

I don't know what the problem is with your brochure as I picked up mine at the Melbourne Motor Show months ago.
It contains the same information as is on the web site.

That's a flipping good way of looking at things.

greetings all
i would like to see some merchandise specificaly designed for the pursuit
the aussie ute is a culture of its own here & deserves to be recognised as such not just along side the GT & GT-P

just my $0.02 worth

but i think the marketing department does a fine job

would all the ford owners out there like FORD & FPV to concentrate more on the merchandise & less on the cars like other manufactures do ( to pump up the sales of MOBIL 1 ) or would you rather stick with a tried & tested product

me i would rather the car than the merchandise

regards
rod

I disagree with Minge. When I bought my GTS-R from HSV I got a special jacket, pewter keyring and a few other nice things which were not sold to the general public. It makes the purchase experience a little more exclusive and lets you wear the stuff with pride.

There's more than enough of the other stuff coming out to keep the general punters happy.

My dealer says they never got the later hi-qual FPV brochures hence I am still waiting. If I miss out Mr Winchester Model 70 may be used (to hit people over the head of course...)

Seriously

With all the threads regarding lack of merchandise available through Ford ATM, compared to GMH, you telling me that its ok now to limit market merchandise!

Fair go! I wonder sometimes!

Leave the Ford marketing department out of this.
It was a decision made by the FPV marketing team and I support it. They are designed as special gifts to the owner of a GT, GT-P or Pursuit Ute and we decided that to keep them really special, the circulation would be limited to those owners.
The range of merchandise from FPV and FPR is building up all the time and I'd be delighted to consider any (printable) suggestions that you may have.
Have fun......and play nicely!
List of goodies that I would like (and would buy)
1) Coffee mugs with GT, GT-P, Pursuit, FPV and FPR logos
2) Stubby coolers & beer mugs/glasses as above.
3) Good quality T-Shirts the above monogrammed on top left.
4) Good quality Tie, cufflinks socks etc.
5) Drink coasters (metal type)
These are just a few. There are lots of things that others would enjoy.
Stylish/quality stuff that I can wear in the office or at functions in addition to the usual weekend clobber.
I have a number of the above I bought at the Piper aircraft factory shop in Florida last time I was there and they are great for starting conversations about my "other toy".
I know that there is a lot of work in designing, producing and distributing these articles and I hope that one day they become available.

P.S. I luuuurrrrvvvvvvv my GT-P

Well how about a drivers package nicely encased.

* Pen
* Pad
* Emergency Contacts (printed into cover and not hand written)
* Slim Line Tourch

Even go a step further

* Tyre Guage
* Swiss Knife Gadget
* Band Aid kit (yes have kids)

Yes the usual stuff too, Keyring, Cap, business card holder, but for gods sake dont leave it to the dealers to hand over... make it part of the car!

Can be boxed seperately or a foam enclosure created in centre console!
