Hi,

I am not to cluey when it comes to offset on rims etc, but I am looking to get a set of 19" rims for my GTP but I am not able to put them on the car to see if actually fit (various Reasons).

I have been told these rims I am looking at are 114.3/5

Can anyone tell me what the GTP will take on the front???

Any help would be great

Interesting point which brings me to the spare wheel,can that be used only on front or rear ?

It can tempoarily replace any of the wheels, but it is actually a front left rim. The rear tyres have a different offset to the front. If in doubt this is dealt with rather inadequately in the owners manual where it talks about tyre rotation etc.

I would say again that this part of the manual is misleading to the unitiated.

I think the offsets are Front 36.5mm Back 28.5mm thats what they are on the GT but that is with Premium Brakes not Brembo's if in doubt take a front and rear wheel off it is stamped on the inside of rim

Take it from me the wheel choice for Brembo equipped FPVs isn't wide open. I settled for ROH Modena because they can actually cast the centre to give caliper clearance. I only found maybe 2 or 3 wheels that fitted.

TS 50

The wheels on my TS 50 are offset but from looking at my wheels the offset is just to make rear look wider to fill out the rear guards. I think if you put a rear wheel on the front it would stick out pass the guard and be illegal in the eyes of the law. Thats why they give you a front wheel for a spare. This is just my opinion of course in regards to my experience with the T3 hope it helps.

So if you had a punture on the rear and put the spare on,it must look a bit weird on one side i would imagine ?

TS 50, that is the main reason Ford made the front/rear offset differance on the TS, mainly for looks.

Jim Boss, 5x144.3 is the Falcon wheel Pitch Circle Diameter(PCD).
Its been the same for years, its just the offset from AU onwards that changed.
