Hi there, I'm currently trying to decide whether or not to get the Herrod cold air / filter / helix spacer. I have a limited budget that would allow me to spend around the necessary $1000 for all this but no more. Am I better off saving the cash or will I see a marked improvement in performace if I do the mods (keep the cash vs performance increase). Also do these mods affect the warranty of the GT?

Hoping someone out there can point me in the right direction.

is the car manual or auto?

The car is a Mk2 6 speed manual

Underdrives, far and away the best mod.

They should not affect your warranty, but it depends on the individual dealer.

you can get cheaper prices though on the same gear

That gear from Herrods will cost you $1070 I could do you a SS induction cold air, BMC hi flow filter and Herrod spacer for $950 fitted at my workshop in frankston.

Your probably right, can you edit your post to delete the prices I quoted him.

People should look around because there is cheaper prices to be had on the same gear.

buy a $1000 bucks worth of shares wait a few months and sell them and go the edit for about $1300 with a generic tune.i would seriously try getting the extra for a edit
