but if they release the VE early expect the same for the falcon

yea 3 weeks ago when putting down the deposit for my phoon.. i asked a bit about the mkIII he said there changing the bumpers design.. new exhaust (Dual pipes either side) and the 6 speed auto (this is for the GT &GTP).. all coming out in October.. no ones alowed to take holidays from the 1st... till i don't know (didn't get into it)... Also i heard in the near future that there going with a BOSS 305kw or 310kw.. (this won't be in the MKIII) anyone else heard about that?

Got news on 6 auto: October 10 is start date for serial production: this has been delayed a little due to earlier strike which gave some stock buildup. No-one is prepared to give pricing till official release . . . which is when production starts.

When the BA was still in camo and stuff, i had a ride in a BA ute NA 6 and a Fairmont Ghia V8.

No I've ridden in a 6 speed XR8. Shifts were smooth as but there was a vibration in the rear end.

But compared to the V8 Ghia a went in which by the end of the run was making funny as noises when booted, this car i guess wasnt so bad! :)

The funny thing is you really notice the 6 speed at the start, but by the end of the ride you get use to it, and seems nothing special anymore :) But then you get into your 4 speeds and you dont know how you lives with one so long!

Its like going to Broadband, doesnt seem that faster when surfing websites, but when going back to dialup, its slow as!
