Well it's a photo of Hypnodoc's dyno sheet from APS in Melbourne.
After having a 'little' drive of it, doc has got one hell of a car, performs and sounds bloody great. Now all he needs is the Tremec short shifter and he is about done. Oh, nice big bold silver stripes down the centre of the car would make it look hot!!
The Gods of mods have smiled on you with this car Rick, well done.
I get underdrives fitted and I can't select a gear over 4750 rpm, clutch pedal gets really hard then really soft. Dealer is checking it out tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

It's up now John. Thanks Al, I hope this clutch thing works out for you. I would go more the s/shifter than underdrives. Pleased you enjoyed the drive mate

i had a problem with changing gears in my car when i fitted the Underdrive Pulleys, i found that it reved out to the limiter a lot quicker & that i had to learn to change gears faster lol
regards

No mate I was going to give it a go, but after the drama Al is now having with his short shifter I have lost all faith in all mechanics in WA and wouldn't go near one. My friendley ford dealer can do all my servicing from now on, at least when they stuff up your car they admit to and give you a loan car and an apology, beyond them and Barry B NO-ONE in this state will go anywhere near The Boss to do anything mechanical, near enough is not good enough on a sixty= grand car.
I'd rather pay $600 and truck it to Melb, which is exactly what I'll do if I get any major probs. Sorry mate, but $1000s lighter I can understand why WA doesn't have a good rep for building race engines that go hard reliably or last very long NO-ONE HERE CAN. I was going to get a short shifter fitted next week, notice the word was.
Anyway on a lighter note, I was talking to Grenville at Titans today and he mentioned your lost kWs, can you notice it when driving or could it be a dyno fault?
I know Al had his car dynoed on 2 different dynos and got 2 different readings

thats a mighty dyno graph there Doc, seeing as the peak power doesnt drop off at redline wouldnt you love seeing what happened with just a few more 100 revs?

Doc, barry does have short shifters for BA's doesnt he?
Hi Rodderz, mate thats a good question, I was talking to the man himself today and have to call him in the morning, watched Redhawks car get a broken exhaust stud taking the cats off yesterday to have the S/Shifter fitted. Beyond Barry I wouldn't risk it here I'd rather spend the money and send the car back to Melb, at least I would sleep at night.
Barry did tell me today that the plenum spacers are a go and bring few kW but lots of torque, the only prob for me is I don't know how that would effect the unichip and the car is going so well.
I reckon a couple of hundred more revs and theres a good possibility of a big bang and a 12 grand new engine bill. It is the coming Typhoon that I want to stretch to the limit, engines are cheaper, maybe immigrating to Melb might be the answer
