biggrin Mark III GT-P ordered

I ordered a Mark III GT-P today!

I chose Mercury Silver with Black stripes and no hood decal.

I won't miss my XR8 so much if the GT-P is the same colour ( I think? I hope! )

I did not decide transmission yet and did'nt have to, I have some time for that choice, so Alan said ( my salesman ).

I am undecided yet on 6 speed manual or 6 speed auto?????????

I chose leather seats.

I have tried to reserve the number I want but don't know yet if I've been quick enough.

I chose January 2006 build. That's a long wait but I'm already Big Kev! ( excited! )

Congratulations buddy, hope it all goes well. Maybe by the time the MkIII comes out it will have the 6 speed auto then the decision will be easy.

The 6 speed auto is, I guess, the most notable, it's also the only one I'm aware of. My dealer knows SFA, they did'nt even know about the auto.

It'd be really nice if a 10 kilowatt increase in power was added but I highly doubt it.

Hey long time, no see! How are you mate?

If the rumour mill on here is correct the October update is supposed to get the 6 speed auto!

But I think I'll prob go the manual, so it won't matter. That way I can still use my box of tricks that won't be any good with a 6 speed auto cause it's for the 4 speed, if you know what I mean Glen! All I'll need then is just a custom tune.

Hey read your e-mail!! You been up bush?

Jim

If its a January build you probably won't get Mercury Silver, it was reported on the ff.au site thats its due to be replaced soon.

I can't believe that! There's absolute shirtloads of BA's in HgAg. It would have to be one of the most popular colours, however maybe not in FPV vehicles?

My second choice was Silhouette with Silver stripes but Lightening Strike in the GT's is pretty cool...mmmm...and black stripes...mmmmm!

I think your box of tricks just needs the approprate changes to suit the transmission. By then SCT should have the Auto update to suit the six speed. Either way manual or auto its still an awesome car that I am sure you will enjoy.
