My BA Dyno Graph

Just for interest's sake I thought I would post up the dyno graph from today.
From what I understand 215 Kw is on the high side of average ..

Re: My BA Dyno Graph

You got a ford dynod at a chev auto repairer of course you are gonna get a high reading. Well done Jeff, I think that's a good output for a stock motor that's probably not even fully run in yet (?).

haha, the business name is because the owner's name has Chev in it !!
It's safe to say that it's been run in now ... but I will be interested to see if the rumoured power increase after 20,000 kicks in

Seen one pull 223 one day with only air intake and one of those Helix Spacer things. Yours is looking pretty well up there for stock!

Re: My BA Dyno Graph

technically mine isn't stock ( BPT CAI ) and I am not a believer in dynos as anything except a tuning tool ( another subject !! ).
It was good to see it run 3 times with 1/10th of a Kw difference. 215.8, 215.8 then 215.9

The LS1 boys have some fair weapons .. Team Kiwi got 253Kw, another VX Clubbie got 270 ( NA ) .. all of them more than me !!
A blown clubby got 358, a blown red SS was well off its pace with 311 ( usually ~400 ). As I was leaving a bunch of them turned up so there would have been more to see ( and hopefully a stockie amongst them !! )

That is a good result and the times you have run backs it up as well.
Cheers Alex.

Re: My BA Dyno Graph

It would have been good to compare a stock LS1/SS on the same day, same dyno as your 215 rwkw readout Jeff, what time's did Team Kiwi put down at Heathcote compared to you Jeff?.

Re: My BA Dyno Graph

Not a bad readout there Jeff...i'de say that with the lossening up your car has done along with the cai the reading would be pretty right....most stockies do between 200-210 from what I hear from most but with less km's

Makes the 13.6 a ripper time with 215rwkw and a 1800kg car too
