Got my GT-P back yesterday with my new engine in it.
They supplied a brand new engine stamped it with my numbers,ran it in to make sure it doesnt use any oil,stripped it and fitted new bearings then shipped it up to me.
It feels like the new engine is more agressive,it idles a bit higher and seems to have more punch,but it is still new,I need to see after 5000klms.
I have to say THANK YOU FPV.

way cool fox got mine 12 weeks ago stil using abit of oil but its got no grip 1st and 2nd so its looking good. hope it goes wel 4 u.go hard go ford.

Fox, how much oil were you using per 1,000 and how much jumping up and down did you need to do to get to that point?

Mate I didnt need to jump up and down didnt need to call Ray Martin and go to court(like the commodore boys).Just monitored the oil consumption reported it back to FPV and they fixed it.
Oil consumption was about 500mls every 1000klms.

Good to see another happy FPV owner. I had a rebiuld and a new motor fitted and had the same type of service. We should support FPV when they do the right thing. Well done .
