Just curious to know how many BA GT owners are generally happy with their cars.

Yes, some of us have issues, ranging from quite major ones to minor (anal retentative type) ones.

Weak clutch pressure plate and brake squeal not withstanding I am very happy with my car.

Reasonably happy, didnt have as many problems with my AU2 Pursuit as this one though !

Completely agree, it would be better if FMC could make a smoother driveline in the manuals though. As for clutches and other things not holding up, well if we bung in another 50-100 fwkw I guess some weak links are going to appear Drive one from Perth to Melbourne return and you'll find out just what an amazing car these GTs really are. I'M RAPT

This is without a doubt the best car I have ever owned. I love it and also like to hear good thing from others. I honestly believe that most are good cars and only a (loud) minority think it is not. If the cars as a rule were that bad I'm sure Ray Martin or Today Tonight would have been onto a sensationalist story by now. I have an automatic which seems to be a little more forgiving, you can always use the sports mode if you prefer.
